The board game "Siódme Poty" is a fast and energetic sports game intended for the whole family. Players move around the board, collecting cards with skills and performing physical exercises. The board contains fields with icons of various physical activities and stars (from 2 to 5). The number of stars on the field indicates which of the 4 types of exercise cards should be taken to perform. The more stars, the more exercises the set contains, and therefore the more difficult it is to perform.

Game flow:

• Set up the board: Place the board on a stable surface.
• Placing the elements: Place the cards and pieces in the designated places on the board. Place the victory cup card in the center of the board and the remaining activity cards in the box.
• Rolling the dice: Players throw the dice one by one, moving the pieces by the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
• Drawing cards: Get a card with the number of stars indicated on the space you are standing on.
• Performing the exercises: Remember the exercises from the card and perform them in the time measured by the hourglass or the Alexander Timer phone application.
• Getting cards: If a player manages to complete the indicated sequence of exercises in the indicated time, he receives a card with the icon indicated on the space he was standing on.
• Winning the game: After obtaining all the required cards, the player returns to his starting space and goes to the center of the board to obtain the victory cup card. The person who gets the box with the cup wins the game.
