DAFFI Model PRL Warszawa 223 beige

Faithful Reproduction of the Classics of the Polish People's Republic

In 1961, three prototypes of Warsaw with a sedan body were constructed. Changes compared to previous versions were limited to the rear part of the body and roof structure. Two sofas covered with imitation leather and fabric ensured high travel comfort, their padding was compressed sea grass and springs.

Technological News from 1970

From 1970, a four-speed fully synchronized manual gearbox with a floor-mounted lever was installed. Copies equipped in this way were mainly exported (Colombian market).

Redesignated as Model 223

Initially, this model was marked with the number 203, but after a protest from Peugeot (which reserved three-digit numbers with a zero in the middle for the markings of its cars), it was changed to 223. The 1:43 scale model of Warsaw 223 was made of metal, plastic and rubber tires . The models are characterized by excellent quality and fidelity of workmanship. They are painted with car paint.
