Harry Potter Cortex Game - Educational Toy for Children and Adults

Harry Potter's Cortex is a real treat for small and large wizards who want to try their hand at solving puzzles. In each round, a card with a task appears on the table. The first person to solve it must cover it with their hand and say the answer out loud. Among the challenges you will find a race for the golden snitch, a spell duel and a search for secret passages on the Marauder's map!

Rules of the game

• The youngest player turns over the top card from the pile, placing it so that everyone can read its content.
• When one of the players finds that they can solve the task, they immediately cover the card with their hand and shout out the answer!
• When he removes his hand, you check whether he was right and if so, he receives this (face down) card in front of him. If a player collects 2 cards with the same back, he exchanges them for one of the 4 parts of the puzzle.
• If he was wrong, you shuffle the card into the pile and start the next round. A player who has just made a mistake cannot answer for the next turn!

Eight types of thematic tasks

• Secret passages: Follow Harry from door to door and point to the item he reaches at the very end.
• Golden Snitch Race: Look at 3 pairs of competitors and guess which wizard will win.
• Unique patronus: Cover the card with your hand and say which patronus appeared only once.
• Magical chaos: Indicate the color of the most common glow.
• Spell Duel: Cast a spell using the index finger of the appropriate hand (the clue is the color of the glow on the card).
• Hogwarts Houses: Identify the emblem of one of the houses that does not match the others.
• Magic Circle: Memorize the symbols on the back of the card, then say which one was added or subtracted from the other side.
• Challenge: This is a special challenge! The player must close his eyes and rely solely on his sense of touch to recognize the texture of one of the special cards.
