Board the Train: New York 11601 game
Welcome to New York! Take part in an extraordinary adventure and discover the greatest attractions of the legendary city: from Time Square, through the Empire State Building to Central Park. Get in a taxi and wander the streets according to your own route, while visiting the most important tourist spots.

How it's working?
At the beginning of the game, participants receive 2 ticket cards - they indicate places that we will have to connect with an uninterrupted route on the map. To do this, we need two things: plastic taxis with which we can mark the occupied section (each of us has an equally large pool of cars in our color) and the appropriate number of transport cards in the color and number corresponding to the section we have chosen. We complete individual routes in pieces, which means that in our turn we can connect two adjacent places.
As an action, we can do one of three things:
1. draw a maximum of two transport cards,
2. connect two adjacent places with a taxi route,
3. draw more ticket cards.
The game ends when one of the players has two or fewer plastic taxis left to use. From this moment, each participant can take one more turn. Then we count the points for the ticket cards we have and the tourist attractions visited. The one who collected the most points wins.
In this version of the game, we drive characteristic yellow taxis.

- Board the Train: New York retains all the most important solutions of the already known basic versions, and at the same time, thanks to a small map and shorter sections, it shortens the gameplay to a minimum.
- Thanks to the simplicity of the rules and the short gameplay time, this version of the game even better meets the needs of beginner players. And once we catch the Catch the Train bug... well, then we still have many adventures of varying degrees of advancement ahead of us!
- Despite several simplifications, Catch the Train: New York still requires smart planning while shortening the game time. This is a real treat for fans of the series and a clever way to introduce new people to the fun!

New York City Transportation Network board, 60 plastic taxis (15 of each color), several spare taxis of each color, 44 Locomotion cards (8 multi-colored Taxi cards and 6 each of blue, green, black, pink, red, and orange ), 18 ticket cards, instructions, notebook for writing down points, pencil.
