The railway collection from COBI is still growing! Another historic railway wagon matching the 1:35 scale versions of the BR 52 locomotive and the 50t railway platform is added to the offer! The Güterwagen Type Ommr 32 “LINZ” railway carriage was designed in the late 1930s. This is a typical structure built with the upcoming armed conflict in Europe in mind. This wagon was intended for transporting vehicles and various goods, including: trucks, cars, guns and, above all, barrels and boxes, as well as bulk materials such as coal. Its load capacity was approximately 25 tons. The block version of the Güterwagen Typ Ommr 32 “LINZ” wagon was reproduced using 584 elements and has a simple, mechanical system for connecting the wagons. Building your own squad is easy! The set also includes a figurine depicting a worker with a shovel and small blocks imitating hard coal. The set also uses permanent prints on the blocks and no stickers are used. The set includes two new sections of curved tracks (R88 curve) and one straight section. This is the second shape of railway tracks in the COBI collection! Similarly to the straight section, a two-color injection technique was also used, thanks to which the tracks are gray and the railway decks are brown and have a texture imitating wood grain. Just like in a real track, double sleepers are used where the rails connect. The tracks are fully compatible with products of other block brands and perfectly reproduce real tracks.
