The Sherman Firefly is a British modification of the most popular American tank from World War II. The British used their 17-pounder cannon. The "IC" symbol denotes a variant with cast front armor and welded rear armor. It was a very successful design that appeared on the Western Front in mid-1944. The COBI model received the original markings of the Polish Armed Forces fighting alongside the Allies and the historical name "ZEMSTA II". The tank was developed on a scale of 1:35 suitable for the figures and consists of 600 construction blocks. The functionalities of the model include: an opening hatch, access to a brick dummy engine, a rotating tower, a movable cannon and working tracked traction.
All graphic elements are high-quality prints. There are no stickers included! The box also includes a plate with the name of the tank printed on it.

An important element of the set is a very carefully designed general figure!
General Władysław Anders (1892-1970), Polish general and politician.
In September 1939, he fought against German and Soviet troops. He ended up in Russian captivity. Commander of the Polish Army in the USSR and the Polish II Corps. After the war in London in 1946-1954, he was the Commander-in-Chief and Inspector General of the Polish Armed Forces and the successor of the President of the Republic of Poland in exile. He died in 1970. He was buried with his soldiers at the Polish War Cemetery at Monte Cassino.
